Do you want an under desk folding treadmill that you can use for both walking and running? This compact model is conveniently easy to use, lightweight for moving, plus it comes fully assembled!
The Advantages of a Treadmill that Folds Flat:
I particularly like this folding treadmill because the arms fold flat. Therefore, you can fit the walking belt under more desks. In other words, it doesn’t matter how tall your desk is.
In addition, its compact size makes this machine ultra portable and easy to move. It weighs a fraction of most commercial treadmills. Plus, it has wheels on the front, making it easy to roll around.
The movable arms provide another advantage as well. Consequently, you can roll your treadmill under a bed or sofa for storage. (When flat, the machine only measures 5 inches high.)
And You Can Run on this 2-in-1 Treadmill:
Most under-desk treadmills don’t allow you to walk over 4 miles per hour. Thus, you can’t use them for running or a more intense interval training workout.
This may be fine in an office environment, but what if you work from home? This 2-in-1 treadmill gives you both options, so you can get more use out of your machine.
Furthermore, the digital console displays your speed, distance, time spent exercising and calories burned. Therefore, you can track your progress and achieve your goals faster.
Note: The arms on this machine include a phone holder and bluetooth speaker. As a result, you can watch TV, talk on the phone or listen to music while working out.
In addition, you get a handheld remote control for when the treadmill arms are laid flat in the walking position. This controller allows you to increase or decrease the speed (as well as stop the moving belt) by just clicking a button. This not only makes the machine easier to use, it makes it safer too. =)
Upgraded Treadmill Belt Construction:
When shopping for treadmills, most people look at the price, speed capacity and console features. However, what about the treadmill belt? This is vitally important to the performance of your device…
As you can see in the picture, the belt has several unique layers to it. These layers help achieve numerous things.
1. Better Shock Absorption While Walking
First of all, the belt absorbs shock. You may not feel a difference, but over time, your joints can. In other words, shock absorption provides extra cushioning for the joints in your knees, feet, back, etc..
Not to mention, a more comfortable standing desk set-up will encourage you to use it more often.
2. Less Treadmill Noise
Second, the specially-designed belt helps reduce noise output. Combined with the quiet motor on this machine, you can enjoy less noise interference when watching TV or talking on the phone.
Moreover, if other people work in the same room as you, your treadmill will cause less interruption. (Keep in mind that wearing quiet shoes can make a big difference as well.)
3. Well-Design Treadmill Belt will Last Longer
Third, the durable outer layer is designed to last a long time. Plus, the anti-skid surface minimizes slipping and makes you feel more in control as you walk or run.
Many people overlook the anti-skid feature. However, it comes in handy when you have a treadmill desk and are trying to do multiple activities at once.
Note: By the way, this treadmill has a powerful 2.25 horsepower drive system. As a result, it can maintain higher speeds for longer periods of time. Plus, it is strong enough to handle interval workouts.

Does this Under Desk Treadmill Come with a Cover?
This model does not have a cover because it does not fold in half. Rather, the upright handlebars fold flat on the sides of the belt.
However, the WalkingPad Foldable Treadmill does fold in half. Consequently, the top folded portion simultaneously acts as a protective cover as well.
The WalkingPad does not come with upright handlebars, nor can the belt move at a running pace. That said, it fits well in small spaces since it folds in half (thus the cover.)
Folding Treadmill Comparison: What’s Best?
In summary, either of these motorized treadmills work well for people on a limited budget or who don’t have a lot of space. Currently, they both are on sale for under $500.
The Miageek treadmill with arms may provide a safer option for seniors because the walking pad has no arms. It also costs about $100 less and comes with the iPad holder and audio speaker.
On the other hand, the Walking Pad is ultra-compact. In fact, it measures 5 inches narrower than the Miageek. Therefore, it has the ability to fit under even more desks.
